What types of processes can you automate?
We automate any task that is repetitive and always the same: manual data entry between systems, conditional email sending, social media posts, inventory sync across platforms, report generation, Telegram or WhatsApp alerts, automated replies to frequent queries, and much more. If someone on your team does the same thing every day, we can most likely automate it.
How long does it take to implement an automation?
It depends on complexity. Simple automations (a form that triggers an email and creates a CRM task) can be ready in 3 to 5 days. More complex integrations between multiple systems or AI dashboards can take 2 to 4 weeks. At the first meeting we run a diagnosis and give you an exact estimated timeline.
How do we get started?
First we have a free meeting where you map your operation and tell us what's done manually. We identify the processes with the most automation potential and calculate how much time can be saved. From that we put together a proposal with scope, tools, timeline and cost. If it works for you, we start.

How much does automating a process cost?
Prices depend on complexity and the tools involved. Simple automations have a base price, and full integration projects between multiple systems or custom dashboards are quoted based on scope. Write to us and we'll give you the exact value for your case. The important thing: we always calculate the expected ROI before starting, so you can see if it makes economic sense.

Technical

Do I need to change the tools I already use?
No. We work with what you already have: your CRM, your ecommerce platform, your spreadsheet, your invoicing system. Most tools have APIs that let us connect them without you having to abandon anything. If something doesn't have an API, we look for alternatives like scraping or email-based integrations.
What is a local AI dashboard and why is it beneficial?
It's a panel that lets you query your own data using natural language, like asking a person: 'How much did I sell in Córdoba this week?' The AI model runs on your own server, so your data never leaves your company, there's no per-query cost and you're not dependent on any third party. It's much more private and cost-effective than using cloud services.
What tools do you use for automation?
Depending on the case we use n8n (self-hosted automation), Make (ex-Integromat), Python for complex logic, direct APIs, webhooks and Zapier for simple integrations. For local AI we use Ollama with models like LLaMA or Mistral. The choice depends on what's best for your case: speed, cost, privacy and scalability.

What happens if something breaks after delivery?
We include a warranty and adjustment period after each delivery. We also offer monthly support to monitor automations, make adjustments and scale with your business. Automations also include alerts: if something stops working, we notify you before you even notice.
Can I request a chatbot even if my business is small?
Yes, but we always do a prior analysis of whether it actually makes sense. A chatbot makes sense when you have a high volume of repetitive queries (more than 20-30 per day) or when responses are predictable. If volume is low, maybe a simpler WhatsApp automation is more efficient and affordable. We recommend what works best for your case.
Do you also do web design?
Yes, web design is one of our services and the entry point for many clients. We build fast, clear and well-executed sites. What changed is that we now also offer the automation layer on top: forms that feed CRMs, websites connected to internal systems, landings integrated with marketing tools. The website is the front; automation is the engine.
